The Fish-AI project was introduced to the new Israeli Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr. Alon Schuster, on his visit to IOLR-NCM.

The important collaboration of academic and industry partners, supported by EU funding under H2020 FET program, was emphasized, as a collaborative effort to reduce the need for experimentation with live animals in the search after novel feed ingredients for the developing aquaculture industry.
