Rainbow trout

Researchers from Fish-AI partners NMBU and Skretting have conducted a preliminary feeding trial with rainbow trout.The purpose of the trial was extracting digestive enzymes and digesta for development of an in vitro digestion protocol.

Procedures for tissue collection and enzyme extraction are currently being validated and will be shared to other Fish-AI partners.
